Structure and Principle
1.The equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel plate inside and outside, and the mirror panel of the outer plate is made. The overall appearance is elegant. The insulation layer of the oven is 100mm thick, and the insulation layer is filled with high-quality insulation rock wool. The material has low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance. The heat-resistant sealing tape is used for sealing box doors.
2.The oven is made as a whole. The oven is equipped with fan, ventilation system, air distributor and heating system (stainless steel heating tube) and stainless steel drying plate.
3.The oven door opening mode is single door, the door lock is self-collision type, labor-saving, wear-free, easy to operate.
4. The oven uses stainless steel heating tube as heat source, and uses fan to heat air by convection of heating assembly. The hot air is transferred through drying plate and material. The air is continuously supplemented through air inlet, and the wet air is discharged out of the oven, so that the temperature in the oven increases continuously and the material dries gradually.
5.In order to make the temperature of each point in the box uniform, besides relying on forced circulation air convection heat transfer, adjustable air distributors are installed on both sides of the box body to make the temperature of each point in the box more uniform.
6.The oven temperature control adopts liquid crystal digital display temperature control instrument. The instrument has the advantages of good seismic resistance, anti-interference ability, simple structure, small size, easy operation and low temperature difference.
