In this domestic and international context, We constantly carry out R&D, innovation and upgrading of black garlic machines.
The current black garlic machine belongs to the third generation technology. The first generation of black garlic machines use steam for fermentation. There are many unsafe factors in steam fermentation, the process is more complex, and the machine is prone to failure. The second-generation black garlic machine is a water-adding process. The water-adding process consumes a large amount of electricity, the internal layout of the machine is complex, and the combination of water and garlic sulphides has a strong corrosive effect on the machine and reduces the service life of the machine.
